Before you ask.
How does licensing work?
Private licences are issued per organisation. Pricing depends on the deployment shape - a single maths department, a whole school, a multi-school trust, an education department, or a publisher embedding SmarTest into an existing product. Tell us the shape and we'll quote accordingly.
Who signs in to SmarTest under a licence?
Teachers or staff named on the licence get admin-provisioned accounts. There is no self-serve signup. We send a welcome email with sign-in details once the licence is active.
Does SmarTest work outside Ireland?
The question writer is currently built around the Irish Leaving Certificate syllabus. Publishers and education departments working on parallel syllabi (GCSE, A-level, IB) can license SmarTest with a tailored syllabus pack - we price this per engagement.
Are purchase orders and invoicing supported?
Yes. Net-30 invoice billing is standard; annual or multi-year terms available. We're familiar with school bursary flows, ETB procurement, and publisher vendor onboarding.
Can we pilot before committing?
Yes. Most deployments start with a short supervised pilot inside one department or one product team. Say so in the enquiry form below and we'll set that up.
